Meta's conversation charges
WhatsApp bills per conversation category (marketing, utility, authentication) directly to your WhatsApp Business Account — set by Meta, not eSampark.
Your message volume
How many transactional notifications and opt-in campaigns you send each month.
Number of connected numbers
Whether you're running one WhatsApp Business number or several.
One thing that won't change: eSampark never resells or marks up Meta's own conversation charges — those are billed to your WhatsApp Business Account directly, at Meta's published rates.
