About eSampark

eSampark is a WhatsApp business-messaging platform operated by LifeSecret under the brand eSampark by LifeSecret. We help businesses communicate with their customers on WhatsApp using the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta.

What we do

Businesses use eSampark to send transactional notifications — such as order confirmations and delivery updates — and opt-in messages to customers who have consented to receive them. eSampark provides onboarding, message templates, delivery tracking, and compliance controls (opt-in, opt-out/suppression, rate limits).

How it works

As a Meta Tech Provider, eSampark connects each business's own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's Embedded Signup. Messages are sent and received through Meta's Cloud API. eSampark does not use any unofficial automation of the WhatsApp app.
